A Mowing Service You can trust.
How We Operate
At Backyard Buddies, we handle lawn mowing with one goal in mind: keep your property looking clean, sharp, and maintained without you having to think about it every week. It’s straightforward service, done right.
Every visit includes a full mow of your lawn at the proper height for healthy growth and a clean finish. We don’t rush the cut, we make sure it’s even and consistent across the entire yard.
We edge all hard surfaces by hand or trimmer depending on the property. Driveways, sidewalks, and curbs all get a clean line so the yard looks defined and intentional, not rough around the edges.
After that, we trim around fences, trees, garden beds, and any tight areas the mower can’t reach. You end up with a complete cut, not just the easy parts.
Once the cutting is done, we blow off all sidewalks, driveways, patios, and other hard surfaces. We don’t leave clippings behind. The goal is a clean finish you can actually see when the job is done.
We offer weekly mowing as my standard service. Most customers choose it because it keeps the yard under control and looking consistent throughout the season.
We also offer bi-weekly mowing, but it costs more. The extra growth between visits takes more time to cut and puts more wear on equipment, so I price it accordingly. Other things can also effect your price such as pools and trampolines. Moderately or severely overgrown lawns can impact your first mow prices as well (so get in contact sooner rather than later!)
If you want a yard that stays clean without having to manage it yourself, we keep it simple: show up, do the work properly, and leave it looking better than we found it every time.
We offer other optional add-on services along side your weekly/bi-weekly mow such as Flower bed & Landscape bed Maintenance, Exterior Window Cleaning, and more!
Weather & Lawn Conditions
Like most professional lawn care services, our mowing schedule is weather-permitting. We do our best to keep every property on schedule, but heavy rain, standing water, saturated soil, or unsafe conditions may delay service.
This policy helps protect your lawn from ruts, torn turf, poor cut quality, and unnecessary damage. If weather causes a delay, your property will stay in our service rotation and we’ll complete the visit at the next safe opening and resume service on your allotted day.
