Weeding, Bed Cleanup & Ongoing Landscape Bed Care.

Flower Bed & Landscape Bed Maintenance

At Backyard Buddies, we offer ongoing flower bed and landscape bed maintenance for customers who want the whole property to look cared for, not just the lawn. A freshly mowed yard looks good. Clean beds make it look finished.

This service works well as an add-on to regular lawn maintenance, but we can also schedule it as a separate service. If you already have mulch beds, rock beds, flower beds, tree rings, or landscape areas around the house, we can help keep them cleaned up throughout the season.

Flower bed maintenance may include pulling weeds, cleaning up loose debris, trimming light overgrowth, redefining edges, removing unwanted grass from bed lines, and keeping the area looking neat. We can also maintain rock beds by pulling weeds, clearing leaves, removing debris, and helping the stone areas stay clean and presentable.

Even low-maintenance beds still need attention. Rock beds can still grow weeds. Mulch beds can collect leaves and sticks. Grass can creep into the edges. If nobody keeps up with it, the bed can start looking rough even if it was installed correctly.

For customers on a weekly lawn mowing schedule, this is an ideal add-on because we can keep an eye on the beds while we are already there. That makes it easier to stay ahead of weeds before they take over. A little regular maintenance usually looks better and costs less than waiting until the beds are completely overgrown.

Bed maintenance is not automatically included with lawn mowing or with a mulch or rock installation. Mowing includes the lawn, trimming, edging, and blowing off hard surfaces. Flower beds, mulch beds, and rock beds are separate areas that require extra time and labor, so we treat them as a separate service or add-on.

If we install a mulch bed or rock bed for you, we are happy to maintain it afterward, but ongoing maintenance has to be scheduled and priced separately. That keeps everything clear and fair. You know what is included, and we know how much time to set aside for the job.

Pricing depends on the size of the beds, how many areas need attention, how much weed growth there is, and how often you want them maintained. A few clean beds with light weeds will cost less than large beds that have not been touched in months.

Our goal is simple: keep your landscape beds looking clean, controlled, and cared for throughout the season. Whether you have mulch, rock, flowers, shrubs, or simple border beds, we can help keep them from getting away from you.
