At Backyard Buddies, we offer flower and shrub planting for homeowners who want to add more color, shape, and life to their yard. A clean lawn looks good, but the right plants can make the whole property feel more finished.

This service works well for existing flower beds, mulch beds, rock beds, front walkways, mailbox areas, tree rings, and landscape beds around the house. If you already have a bed in place, we can help add flowers, shrubs, or small plants to make the area look fuller and more put together.

We can also help prepare new planting areas if needed. That may include cleaning up the bed, removing weeds, loosening the soil, shaping the area, and making space for the plants before they go in. If the bed needs mulch, rock, edging, or a full refresh, we can quote that separately.

Flower planting is a good option if you want seasonal color around your home. Shrub planting works well if you want something more permanent that adds structure to the landscape. Some customers want bright flowers by the front porch. Others want simple shrubs that make the home look cleaner from the street. We can work with the look you want.

Pricing depends on the amount of work needed, the number of plants, the size of the plants, the condition of the bed, and whether we are only planting or also preparing the area. A few small flowers in an existing bed will cost less than installing multiple shrubs or creating a new planting area from scratch.

Plants, soil, mulch, rock, edging, and other materials can affect the final price. We keep the quote clear so you know what is included before the work starts.

This service does not automatically include ongoing watering or plant care after installation. Once flowers and shrubs are planted, they still need proper watering and maintenance to stay healthy. We can give basic care instructions, and we can also quote ongoing bed maintenance if you want help keeping the area clean throughout the season.
